So skyrim at this stage certainly is what you make it with mods and the current selection, as far as I can see, of HDT skirts, are all very modern: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/82538/?

 

Are there any the work the same as the above, but have a more medieval look?

 

The only one I can think of is the Hdt draugr skirts.
