A question about ESM files

Hello and thanks in advance, hopefully I'm posting in the right place!

Prelude: I am playing Skyrim thanks to a family-shared library of a friend. (Not the SSE, and I do not own any DLC.)

Some months ago I got introduced to modding skyrim by a friend, I'm 100% sure I was using the same 'licence' I'm using now (Contains the old saves.)
I cleaned-up the mods I used in the past and was about to start anew. The problem is that now, when I get to the NMM, in the plugin area the DLCs .esm files won't show up. Therefore I can't run most mods. I'm also sure that with my old 'mod-setup' I had the .esm for all the dlcs, possibly due to some kind of unofficial patch I downloaded from the Nexus.
Again, I'm sure I was able to run all the mods and I had those .esm files back at the time. (5-6 months ago, I think.)

So, is there any unofficial patch that will solve this issue?

No, there is no unofficial patch that you can get to install DLC.  You'll either need to buy the DLC or install a version of the mod that does not require any DLC.  Sorry.

If you do own the dlcs you can simply have steam verify the integrity of your game files to redownload them. If you do not own them you need to buy them... there is for obvious reasons no mod that gives you the .esm of the dlcs.
