Transporting all your mods and Mod setup on NMM from one PC to another?

Is it possible to just "transfer" your skyim in it's exact state from one computer to another, with NMM and everything all intact and in order?

If so which way should i go about doing this?

It is. This is what i did. 

 

Installed skyrim on the same path as i did in my other pc.

Installed the NMM in the same directory.

 

Copy and overwrite everything to the new pc. 

 

Works like a charm.

probably works for skyrim too but i recently got a new pc and didnt want to remod new vegas from scratch so i just installed vanilla new vegas and fallout mod manager and then i just copied all the files for new vegas to my new pc and it worked,copied new vegas in steam and my fallout mod manger files
