AetherSuite NPCs and Storyline

So for a while I've been tracking this entire world thing I keep coming across it was previously known as Qworld for some reason that was uploaded to a bunch of different Japanese websites but never the less this mod was a edit of another mod I believe called Aether Suite  by Halo found in the link below.  While this HUGE world space is in Skyrim accessible by spell, it has several unique amazing locations that are all modern. The world was originally created just to take cool screen shots for the character. It even has a school, an apartment, and a strip club lol.... that have no npcs :|

 

   It has massive, I mean HUGE like bigger than Trump or maybe even Kanye West's ego, roleplaying potential.  The only thing I am really requesting here is maybe someone can add some Npcs? There Is clothing in the mod but it's just for the UNP body... For the guys there is Vie's  casual clothing here and the Final Fantasy 8 disciplinary committee uniforms.  I just would like NPC's and that's it idc about their clothing. The file its self is about a gigabyte in size compressed so it is pretty big too :/

​   The file is huge 1GB, it installed perfectly using NMM.
