ppp Posted February 20, 2017 Posted February 20, 2017 The preset drop down box is empty for some of the outfits in Bodyslide. I've been trying to figure out how to correct this, but have had no luck so far. Even Google has failed me. What's strange is I can select a preset for most of the outfits, but some of the ones I'm having a problem with came as part of a group download that mostly works. Saving a new preset and including the affected files works, but that clutters up the menu for everything else. I'm able and willing to edit an XML file if necessary, but have yet to figure out which one, and if so, what I should edit in. TL; DR: Is it possible to add a preset after an outfit is created, and if so, how?
meme supreme Posted February 20, 2017 Posted February 20, 2017 You'd have to assign it to a group. BodySlide has a built in group manager but it's weird as heck for actually including things, so you should just click on the sets that have no groups, save those as a group, then go to the group XML,You'll see something like this <SliderGroups> <Group name="Immersive Armors Mashup"> <Member name="IA Mashup - Mercenary"/> </Group> There'll be more members, or outfits, until you reach the end of the group. You'll wanna copy paste that entire group in the same XML, starting with <Group name...> and ending with </Group>, but instead change the duplicated group's name to Unified UNP, and it'll display everything fine.

I want to paste the <Group>...<\Group> inside the <SliderGroups>...</SliderGroups> tags, right? If so, I just tried it and it didn't help, even when restarting Bodyslide. Fake Edit: Unified UNP didn't work, but I found a rename that did. Looking at the times, I'm impressed how fast you answered. Thanks.

I'd suggest using Notepad++ if you don't have an editor already. Did those outfits have presets available separately? Go to the BodySlide/SliderGroups folder and open your group via your HTML editor of choice. Adding Presets.txt
