[Request] Slavetats facial wrinkles/aging?

I'm wondering if there is any slave tats that adds blemishes, wrinkles, freckles etc. to your character similar to the complexion options in Mature skin textures mod.

I'm trying to get my custom follower Neisa to use the complexion textures that add age by dropping in those files manually but it seems it doesnt work without the esp file which only changes character assets in vanilla base game and not modded followers.

 

So my question is if there is any alternatives out there, if not is there a way to make these mature skin texture complexions into a custom slave tat and how do i do that?
