Help with installation of mods

I've been trying to install the estrus chaurus mod and all of it's dependencies, and haven't been having much luck because it seems fairly complicated. My questions are, can you load mods from this website onto the Nexus mod manager ? and if someone could link me to a video tutorial explaining how to install estrus chaurus, and it's dependencies ? Thanks

the guide that MadMansGun linked will guide you thru what you need to do to get creature animations working

 

in reference to Estrus Chaurus though it does require Estrus for Skyrim (on nexus) to be installed BUT does not need to be active in load order (it just needs access to its resources)

 

what that means is if you are using MO it has to be active (checked) in the Left pane (active mods) but does not have to be active (checked) in the right pane

(load order of active ESM/ESP files)

if you are using NMM I am not sure of how to do that (I have used MO for so long I have forgotten what I once knew about NMM)
