Captured Dreams and Cursed Loot, missing textures on some items, ZaZ works fully.

Hi guys, having a really weird bug with the textures in both Cursed Loot and Captured Dreams. Basically some of the item's textures (Mostly the coloured padded bits, though others also) are not loading, instead being replaced with the default purple.

Try this: ZaZAnimationPack v0611 Patch from http://www.loverslab.com/files/download/156-zaz-animation-pack-2016-03-31/

Reinstalled the patch but to no avail. Looking in the loose texture files I can see the .dds files and there does not appear to be any corruption.

 

It's like the patch isn't taking effect so I redownloaded and manually replaced the Textures and the ESM but still no luck.

Read through the whole thread and tried their methods (door loading trick and reinstalling) but still have the same issue.

One thing didn't come up. Are you using Nexus Mod Manager or Mod Organizer?

If you are using MO, then have you also sorted left panel?

 

Resource conflict would explain this. VRAM issues would also explain this, but they are rarely affecting just specific set of items.

Using Nexus Mod Manager, sorted through LOOT and using a Wyre Bash patch.

 

Im going to be purging some of the mods however as I don't really utilise them, I'll see if that fixes the issues as it could be a strange VRAM issue.

It seems you may have the same issue as me, what version of Captured Dreams are you using?

 

If you are using a version higher than 4.05 (Such as beta/newer versions) Download 4.05 and put it before the newer version in your load order

 

Try that and then test your game, 4.05 comes with textures not seen anywhere else and its kinda confusing...

Those are missing textures? I always thought they were supposed to look like that.

Was having a similar unloaded blue texture issue with cursed loot not loading textures after using Nexus mod manager. Found that the issue was fixed after unzipping and then manually placing all the required textures from the cursed loot download into the skyrim texture folder.

 

(I'm sure I've read other posts about NMM sometimes having problems installing textures, maybe using mod organiser is a better option?)
