I was thinking the horse, there is one that is made for futa lovers that would probably work best for this purpose. I hadn't even considered the Troll though, and Honestly the Troll would make a bit more sense, as it has a more human shape.

 

The horse donger is bigger though, so I guess it would just come down to preference.

 

Then there is actually getting the creature to register in game with different mods, and animations for it (which could be recycled from another creature if nothing else).

 

Either way, I hope someone takes this on and makes it a thing.

But please, with current modding standards, he should make it a single-esp-mod (or plainly: without need of the original esp)... I am sick and tired of spending more time merging countless esps and bsas than actually playing my game...
