Relax, it won't be much, I just need to move some parts and apply a pearl texture on the pearl object on the outfit

No modder will help you if a copyright infringement could exist! Therefore, disclosure is required. If you yourself working on a thing, it is not a problem, but does this another modder, there are consequences!
