Um, correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure that cut and uncut dicks look almost the same when hard. Since part of the function of the foreskin is to retract when aroused, to expose the glans. The main difference, I think, would be in handjob animations, as an uncut dick would be able to use the foreskin for extra lubrication/stimulation, and a cut dick would not. But  that kind of function would be pretty complicated to implement, if possible at all.

whoever said that guys with foreskin look exactly like cut guys when erect have no fucking clue what they're talking about. the vast majority of males still have foreskin coverage while erect...its not without moving the foreskin does it become retracted and it stays retracted only if the person desires it so. the vast majority of intact males wouldn't be 100% retracted while erect. I hate comments like that, shows a lack of real world experience with penis. from either a cut male or inexperienced female.
