The nevercafe one you will need to live in China and make a account the download is the little green arrow pointing down found in the top right of the page. Option b you have to look for the password on the page where you clicked to go to the badu download. The BBS one you will probably never get high enough I think it's for admin only.

Nevercafe is Korean. Please don't mix them up.
