The public TS4 file doesn't appear to be available yet.
"OLL Animations (AP).package" is the TS4 file. Just a typo in OLL's post on the previous page.

Thank you, I was going to say, something in this mod, caused my game to not start, and I was thinking, literally the only mod I've downloaded today was this mod. If this is a TS3 file, then that's kind of a oversight, especially since people are used to simply downloading whatever is provided in the links without question.

As near as I can tell they aren't available yet. It looks as though she inadvertently put the TS3 file onto both download pages (TS3 & TS4).
Note that the KW file will not open in Sims4Studio, in case anyone has doubts about it not being a TS4 file.

I should have rested before I posted eariler but I was trying to get these animations out as fast as possible.

As a result, I made tons of mistakes and typos so I'm really sorry for the inconvience this casued anyone.

 

I have fixed all the mistakes/typos now ?

The download files are now correct

Just to be 100% clear:

 

DON'T put "KW_OLLCity_Anims.package" packages in your Sims 4 Mods folder, or your game will not start.

DON'T put "OLL Animations (AP).package" packages in your Sims 3 Mods folder, or your game will not start.

 

REMOVE any KW_OLLCity_Anims.package & KW_OLLCity_Anims.package packages from your Sims 4 Mods Folder

REMOVE any "OLL Animations (AP).package" packages from your Sims 3 Mods Folder
