"Shlongifying" as the mod puts it, involves a mesh "overlay". Which needs to take the main body slot (32), which is what most armors use.

Understand, there is no "body" under the armor in 99.9% of armors and clothes.  The skin you see is actually part of said armor or clothes.  Hence the slong "overlay".  Unless you want to get into modding with 3dsmax yourself, you likely aren't going to find what you are looking for.
