Rustic Topless Forsworn Armor

Heeey.

 

So I have a question with what I feel might be a bit of a simple answer. I'd like to combine this topless Forsworn armor:

With this mod retexturing the armor:

I had hoped it might have been as simple as installing the texture mod then installing the topless mod, but it doesn't seem like that works. I don't have much experience with doing much editing, aside from messing around on bodyslide or outfit studio a little, but a point in the right direction would be really appreciated.

idk what exacly u tryin to do but first install the armor then the retexture not the other way around ))

Both are textures. Open the texture forswornarmorf.dds of topless Forsworn and you will see that certain parts were erased. Then you only need to open and edit the forswornarmorf.dds texture of RUSTIC FORSWORN and delete the same parts with an image editor. Then you will no longer need the first mod.

Or you could install a topless mesh version that works with your body of choice and then just use the rustic textures as is.

My recomendation is to:

 

1) Download a Bodyslide version (here is one for UUNP: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/69886/? ) so that you have a nude body underneath the armor mesh that corresponds to the body type you are using, CBBE, UNP, UUNP, 7Base, what ever.

 

2) Download your "Rustic Forsworn" texture mod, and install that (I chose the 2k version, with 1k normal maps).

 

3) Then download and install this tweak I made to the 2k texture Topless Forsworn.rar and there you have your "Rustic Topless Forsworn Armor".
