Division or DA Inquisition modding? Is it a thing?

I haven't seen much but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

 

For the Division, I'm looking for something to make my female character look a little better/cuter.

 

For Dragon Age Inquistion, I'm looking to make my female character look a bit better and/or and desire demons to the game or just make my character one.  

 

I realize since these games have an online element that anything I did would have to be client side. Is there anything like that out there? I'm not honestly sure of the  limitations with modding these.

There are lots of beautification mods for DAI, just check the face,hair and models,textures categories.

Without construction sets it is almost impossible for Modder to create something nice, good.
Only a few have enough experience to create something out of nothing.
The same happens when FunCom the construction sets for Conan Exiles not released!

The more complicated the engine, the more difficult for modders.
