The penis is Simdulgence Realgens Frank + version available on this site. Then google "custom slider framework" and read how to use that mod to make the genitals huge, there are buttons to make both the penis and testicles enormous.

I used Urielbeaupre's Hermes skin (overlay version) for this one combined with Simdulgence's SimpleChests overlay and LUUMIA's BODEII

So I was preparing some NSFW clothing stuff for next month and this loincloth idea came in my mind this is something i've never seen before in the sims (P.S this is still a WIP I just loaded this into my game to test this piece of cc and it worked great) this is basically an accessory which can be used with any kind of simdulgence penis except for XXL ones i think. I am also thinking to make a SFW one in which penis will be soft and under the loincloth ?
