This is Romina. Another of my old characters that were created on my PS4 playthroughs, then ported to PC. 

 

 

 

She was born the moment I learned that I could use cheats on the PS4. More specifically, the fulleditmode cheat. After that, I started fucking with every NPC everywhere I go.. xD

 

So.. at San Myshuno there was this weird looking old lady attending at that rooftop bar.. and I was like "why is this old lady working this late at night at a bar??".. so I had to fix that. CAS.fulleditmode, and there you go... sorry for the old lady, but Romina was born, and she continued attending the bar the next days.. so it was kinda cool. 

 

Romina is a vampire, but not a powerful one. She likes to maintain a big part of her humanity. She sleeps and drinks a lot. She lives at an awesome warehouse in Oasis Springs.. right in front of Lucys container home.
