Lighting/ENB help

Hi, I'm very new here, so I apologize if this breaks any rules.

As I embark on my quest to beautify Skyrim, I find nothing looks as attractive as I expect it to. This is, of course, due to my lack of lighting mods to make any of the textures I install actually look good. So, what are some good lighting/texture/ENB mods or combinations of mods that don't actually make anything sexy on their own, but lay the groundwork for it? It's also preferable that these aren't too performance heavy, as while my pc is powerful, it's no monster. Thanks!

If anything, it's a combination of a couple different things. And it certainly depends on what you are trying to 'beautify'. For my game, I use Tetrachromatic ENB, Gives me a warm overall tone that I like. It comes with a built in weather mod of sorts. Make no mistake though, using any ENB will suck some performance away from your game. You didn't say what is under the hood of your 'puter but  you can see what I'm running and I get above 55 FPS through 90% of the game.

Basicaly any enb and ELFX.

Just gotta watch out for these edgy enb creators who make pitch black nights and dungeons, where even with torch you can barely see anything.

But on the other side you have nippon enbs with extra bright and maxed gamma sliders.

So you always have to tweak enb lighting by yourself, I highly recommend doing that.
