Skyrim Modded Freezing a lot

Hey guys i thought i could use some help here, It's probably all the script mods i have running or a compatibility thing but i just want to confirm if maybe one of these mods i have is causing problems. System: Windows 10, GTX950 GFX, FX6300 CPU and 16gb ram. And just for some clarification i am staring on a new game not a previous one, And the freezes only seem to happen at random.

I don't know exactly what may be causing your problem but I think that Win 10 does not allow any DirectX 9 app like Skyrim 32-bit to utilize more than 4gb of RAM (can't remember if it was system RAM or VRAM... probably both!). If you still had Win 7 or 8 there was a workaround for this that kind of tricks Skyrim to use more RAM. I don't know exactly what it's called, I'll have to look it up, I think it was actually a combination of a lot of tools and not just one thing.

Anyway, I know for sure I have it installed on my Skyrim because when I installed Win 10 and tried to walk around Dawnstar, I was running at 1 fps! One!!! Switched back to Win 7 and everything was okay again.

I don't know if this is exactly your problem but it's better that you know this if you were not aware.

Just recently bought a third 240gb SSD so I can dual boot Win 10 if I really wanted that Direct X 12 performance. Not really anything special in my opinion.

If the freezes happen while traveling outside it may be that it is loading new cells and there are a number of mods that check what is in them. If it happens anywhere then it could be mods that check things at certain intervals and happen to all go off at once or start checking your logs for groups of errors that happen regularly.
