Also, in this specific animation, there is no water in the bathtub, is it intended or i'm experience a bug?

As for the hygiene bar, that is actually possible by now, and I really should go back through all these animations and add functionality like that. Problem is I've made well over a thousand by now 1

But if you actually add this functionality to them, or to some of them at least, a lot of people, me included would be very happy! I have some cuddling interactions as well, adding in sleep functionality would be cool

There's one specific jaildoor in Build Mode it's made for, called the Holey Door of Holding
