[RELEASE] Sims 4 Studio - Patched exe, no longer breaks WickedWhims packages

Hello!

So I was tired of Sims4Studio breaking my WickedWhims packages, so I patched it away.

 

This is for Sims 4 Studio version 2.7.1.4

 

Changes made:

No longer overwrites the animation names

No longer saves the PosePack xml

 

How to use:

Place the exe inside your Sims4Studio install. Typically C:\Program Files (x86)\Sims 4 Studio

You can also delete Sims4Studio.exe and rename the included exe to Sims4Studio.exe

I don't think Sims4Studio creators would be happy with this, but I don't actually know.

Nonetheless, I want to point out that your version has a malware detected with VirusTotal scan, where the original doesn't.

That's fine. It's mostly for myself, but I figured someone else could have a use for it too,

Qihoo-360 probably detects it because it's patched with Reflexir. 

 

If you want to patch it yourself:

In S4Studio.ViewModels.Animation, look for SavePosePack and nop out the binarywriter, then either nop out the UpdateNames function or make the code unreachable.
