KatanaBaka Posted December 18, 2016 Posted December 18, 2016 So Im extremely new to modding for Skyrim. I currently have NNM as my only mod downloader installed. Tried installing Mod Organzier but it always comes out as a 7z file and wont allow me to install it. Anyways, most people ask me to install FNIS behaviour with mod organzier but since i dont have it, i tried to install through NNM. I went and install FNIs and extract it to my Data skyrim. They said there should be a tool folder appearing there, however i am not getting any tool folder at all. What could be the problem? Any help is appreciated - Help needed from a Noob modder!
MadMansGun Posted December 18, 2016 Posted December 18, 2016 you need 7zip for 7z files http://www.7-zip.org/
Uncle64 Posted December 18, 2016 Posted December 18, 2016 NMM and MO have already support for 7zip, you dont need 7zip.

I had the same problem early on with FNIS, the mod managers wouldn't copy the executable files and thus FNIS wasn't completely installed. I manually opened the FNIS archive and copied the files by mouse to their destination: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\Common\SkyRim\Data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users The program you want to click on once copied to this location is: GenerateFNISforUsers.exe
MadMansGun Posted December 18, 2016 Posted December 18, 2016 NMM and MO have already support for 7zip, you dont need 7zip. unless it was packed in such a way that they cant use it. i don't use mod managers for skyrim so i don't know much about them, but there is a unnecessary folder inside the FNIS 7z that may interfere with auto installing; "FNIS Behavior 6.3" you need whats inside the folder but you don't need the folder itself. the file path should look something like this C:\Games\Steam\SteamApps\Common\Skyrim\Data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users\GenerateFNISforUsers.exe it should not look like this C:\Games\Steam\SteamApps\Common\Skyrim\FNIS Behavior 6.3\Data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users\GenerateFNISforUsers.exe or C:\Games\Steam\SteamApps\Common\Skyrim\Data\Data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users\GenerateFNISforUsers.exe or C:\Games\Steam\SteamApps\Common\Skyrim\Data\FNIS Behavior 6.3\Data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users\GenerateFNISforUsers.exe
KatanaBaka Posted December 19, 2016 Author Posted December 19, 2016 Update: I got the tools folder running and went and run Generate FNIF for users . So i went back to Skyrim and all and when I tried to go for a sex scene, there is no animation happening. What might be the problem?
