Movieguy420 Posted October 10, 2019 Posted October 10, 2019 Not to necro an old thread, but I am working on a similar mod, using mostly real porn clips, and have similar video editing experience. No conflicts with recent game updates or patches. However, I've run into nothing but trouble when attempting to include audio. I've followed the same tutorial you used, and for the most part it works. Sometimes videos need reprocessing to avoid a crash as the playlist advances, but I could use any info you have about audio inclusion because I've wound up with videos that play very slow and then suddenly very fast when including it.Initially I had trouble with including audio, but I figured out what was causing it. I had thought to ask about the audio issue here in this thread, not pump up my own mod, but with this one being older and facing potential conflicts, it can't hurt to have some competition that doesn't have that problem. If AirplaneRandy is still active, I'd like to collaborate and perhaps improve both mods or get them to complement each other. I have added a couple nice features, and with the latest updates it should be compatible with both AirplaneRandy and CinErotiqueTV now that the mod has moved the network to the Action channel. The thought bubbles associated with the Action channel have been overridden with Woohoo related icons, and the text modifications should be applicable regardless of the combination of mods installed. 1

Randy has the Testing room images with a bunch of TVs going, but I can't figure out how to do that. They turn them off when you choose another action. Been searching on how to keep TVs on, but no joy. One person on another site suggested turning on cheats and cas.fulleditmode, then you can reset the sim after they turn on the TV and it will stay on. But, that doesn't help when another sim comes along and changes the channel, then turns it off.

Then Shift+click on your sim while they watch tv, and then you reset the sim. They will stop watching tv, but the tv will still be on.

If you have other sims in the household, they will change the channel/turn it off when they please. I have an electronics store, and have a sort of workaraound. Have the store owner turn on the TV to the porn channel, then reset them as you noted, then set the TV for sale. They won't touch it again. Do that for each TV you have. But, if you pan outside the store a certain amount and come back, all or some of the TVs will be off. Frustrating.

pink_orchid_87 Posted May 30, 2020 Posted May 30, 2020 ok so the first file brings me to mega nz site for some strange reason regardless of which browser i use, but all the other download files that are listed there download just fine so maybe it just something wrong with the first file... hopefully i can get it working with just the other files...

This is a Great idea for a mod and its cool, thanks, but is there any chance you could make a version with much lower volume, please? The music is way too loud. Definitely louder than the vanilla TV channels. Every time I zoom in to watch the vids I end up going Whoooooa! And zooming back out again because the volume is just so overwhelming. Cheers.
