Do i need to set the nvidia to optimal performance or optimal power options ?? not sure what to make of it. since i have it set different language then default English.

 

Optimal performance == this as fast as it can get ??

 

Optimal Power == this the same as power saving ??

I don't have Nvidia but on AMD normally performance is the option you want for speed. Power is normally power saving as you say.

I think there was more going on rather then nvidia looks like i was still using an older microsoft .net framework 4.5 something i need to update .net 4.6 or greater.

 

btw thanks for the explenation that is trouble if everything online is in English but native windows has different option naming..
