Fallout3/NV Pose to Fallout 4

I'm trying to convert some armors from Fallout 3 to Fallout 4, the first thing I need to do, and I can't success at, is changing the fo3 pose to the fo4 one.

I've looked for tutorials and I found some nice tools and tips.

I saw this tutorial (I think everyone knows this one) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UmnWZIKRu2A that shows you how to change pose using a pose converter named KG Tools.

 

But using this method I always get an issue with the feet pose, here's the picture showing the issue: http://i.imgur.com/c94ViI1.png

I've tried changing the pose myself using 3ds max but I can't seem to get it right.

 

I also found this resource that changes the skyrim pose to the fallout 4 one and it's pretty good, but it doesn't work with the fallout 3/nv pose: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/11070/?

 

The only "solution" I found is removing the feet and replacing it with feet meshes from fallout 4, but I'd like to know if there's a way to correctly change the pose, or if I'm doing something wrong.

I'd appreciate if someone could help me.
