Missing Workbench

So I started a new playthrough where I completed Far Harbour first before anything and am currently working through Nukaworld. 

 

Anyways I built a Raider outpost at the Drive in. Anyway the workbench is now missing.

 

I did use the scrapall command because I'm a lazy fuck and the workbench was still there. Fast forward leaving that cell and now it's vanished. 

I can still use the workbench by pressing V BUT the settlement can't store anything because the workbench is missing I presume. 

 

Thoughts on a fix. Really don't want to redo nuka world.

Go back to a previous save before the mess up. But if all you used was quick saves then you will probably be screwed.
