Combat mods

I'm looking for a good combat mod, one that makes combat more slow, drawn out, and tactical.

 

I've tried wildcat and Vigor, and they are great mods that make combat very visceral and lethal -- but they also make it very fast and brief.

 

I'm looking for a mod that provides long tactical sword fights with plentying of parrying, manoeuvring, setbacks and reversals, etc.

 

Are there any combat mods like that, preferably uptodate and actively maintained?
