Besides Sims4Studio can be useful in other cases, there are batch fixes functons in it for example, they allow you to fix some issues with CC wich may happen after game updating.

What do you mean talking about 3D models? this is only texture mod, you have to use some additional body mod for nipple shapes, for example Better Body or Cmar's nipple top or something else

Lol, I meant was if you could be so kind as to give me step-by-step instructions to change the slot. If you can't, that's cool as well. I've a complete novice to Sims4Studio so I have no idea how to even start using it, but I can easily just follow instructions on clicking and loading.

Well, download S4S here (you have to register first) and install it. Open the package file via S4S and do what I showed at the picture Spoiler choose the new slot (outfit type) and then click "apply to all swatches". Save the file. That's all. Note that not all outfit types may be compatible but surely you can change skin detail to another skin detail or to tattoo. Also there is another (old) way to do the same, I described it here

Thank you Hi! Sorry but piercings must be a mesh, unfortunately I don't create meshes. You can try Noir's.
