Organization of Sims 4 CC in game

Is there a particular method in which Sims 4 organizes its custom content in the household creator? I'm pretty sure Sims 3 did something along the lines of a-z file names, but I can't seem to figure out how Sims 4 organizes its content.

Sims 4 has a search feature I believe. Just type in the name of the item you're looking for and it'll take you to it.

Only in Build/Buy mode, not in household creator (which is another name for CAS).

 

As for the original question, I'm not sure what their method of organization is, seems pretty random to me. The only way I'm kinda able to sort through my CC easier is by turning the filter in CAS to CC only

Just click on that darkened tab with the arrow beside it, it should open up the filters.
