Does facegen work for Skyrim?

Does the program facegen (extracts faces from actual photographs and wraps them around the 3D mesh of a human head) work for Fallout 4 or Skyrim?

Skyrim does use face gen though please note you still will need to make the trimorphs for your new heads expressions "unless you wanna be stuck with an emotionless doll". Also while it will make a skintexture from the pictures you used to make the model it may not match the body.
