Sneaking rises without sneaking

i wanted to play without sneak and therefore i placed the key for it to a Position i never touch it.

But i see, that sneaking still rises , slowly but steady. at lvl 20 it made nearly one skill Point.  no other skill ever does this. anybody knows why and how to avoid it ? is there a way to clean a single skill bar complete (setav perk does not recognizes the amount within one Level, so the bar does not look zero).

Do you have AFT installed and Follower Synergy enabled by any chance? That may give you advancements on skills that your followers are more advanced in than you I think.

I've noticed that Touring Carriages seems to do it, if you are using it

You could look into a mod that allows you to set a level cap for a certain skill. Like Uncapper or katixas skill lock cap.
