Old Scarlett Johansson Head

So I was digging through some old threads and found this beautiful 3dmax head that the author turned into a mod... of some kind... I'm not exactly what to do with this mod in game, but I was wondering if anyone knows how to maybe use this head to make a follower and/or a character preset? Would appreciate any input.

Question, who made that head?  It's really good, but it has a couple issues that are a little beyond my modeling skills to fix.  I could make it into an actual head to use, but the issues keep me from giving it a go.

Just came across this, but I think the head is from TF3DM.com and I also saw it on another site of the same content some time ago while looking for a racemenu preset for her. There are .obj files that come with the download though. 

 

Also there are multiple versions of it. The free version, if there's still one up, isn't animated or rigged. a "mask" in a sense, this is the version from TF3DM. There's also paid versions on CGstudio that are pretty much identical and cost up to $79 but I think the $79 is for her hair? Also they aren't rigged or animated. 

 

I haven' ventured into animation or rigging yet so I couldn't help there lol.
