VampLord and Werewolf

I used to never keep the werewolf bonus. I always cured myself asap.

This time I decided to play vampire lord. I finished dawnguard very fast and I have vampire lord almost maxed.

Now thing is I want to do companions story.

I guess I have no other choice but to abandon vampire lord and become werewolf for story? Will I lose all lord perks? Is it even possible to get vampire lord again?

And then do I need to relevel vampire lord again?

As far as i know you can request serana to transform you back into vampire  but i don't know about recovering your perks:(

Any perks you've gained in the Vampire Lord or Werewolf perk trees are not lost if you cure yourself of Vampirism or Lycanthropy.
