Animations Not Working?

I know this question has probably been asked a ton of times before, but I've tried a couple different solutions to no avail. When my character goes to have sex with any other character they stand in the same spot (with the male not having a body) for a few seconds while a red triangle covers them, then a noise is heard and they fall away with the triangle still there. I've got NVSE Extender, Sexout-NG Bodies, Core, Data, TOTW, and The Mod Config Menu saved in the FOMM package manager as well as this load order:

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, I installed this a long time ago and it worked perfectly, but I'm not sure what I did differently this time!

Red warning with a exclamation point in the center means missing mesh. Which means you haven't installed everything that is needed something overwrote it or there is a conflict somewhere. Have you run FNVEdit to see if that picks anything up? http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/34703/?

I looked through FNVEdit and didn't see anything out of the ordinary. Just in case, I re-installed everything, but it's still showing the same errors.

I've got the male bodies to show up now, but I'm still getting the red exclamation mark triangles.

Go through each mods first post in their thread and make sure you have all of the required mods needed for each thing you have installed because a red warning with a exclamation points means one or more items are missing that a mod needs.

I did that, and I can't really find what's missing. I've re-installed the game and the mods twice, with the same error.
