Hello, just a question ... is there similar mods for Old Skyrim like this? I mean to become in Vampire Lord without changing appearance?

If you are interested in that mod for the older Skyrim they why not ask on that thread if he has a link somewhere if you can't find it. It appears he controverted over from the old Skyrim.

Yes.. you can check the authors page here and see his files. There you can see if he has any mods uploaded here. chances are it is here.
