Invisible NPC's

Hey guys i posted this on Nexus but none are responding so i thought you guys can give me a hand, anyway this is the bug

as you can see it looks like the NPC's have some sort of invisibility spell on them but i tried everything to remove it and completely uninstalled Skyrim and reinstalled it,  used "Disable-Enable,dispelallspells,removespell" commands

That is common if you are using HDT, then some npc can be invincible. Mostly females.

But have you run LOOT and sorted your loadorder?

From what I can see you have not done that. Since it is terrible wrong.

You should do that, and perhaps the issue goes away.

Update:

 

used LOOT to sort out load order, this bug is still occurring, NPC's remain visible for 3 sec before turning invisible

Mh, while HDT was my first thought either, i don't think so anymore after watching the picture... it's really a spell effect and not just invisible NPCs. I've never seen this before, though, and you have too manymods i don't know to guess. Are you sure it's not maybe intended by some mod? Or maybe a side effect of some mod combinations, like maybe an item that makes invisible and another mod that gives NPCS items from lvld lists or something?

 

You could check their inventory by clicking on them with console open and

a) check their spell effects, should show which mod causes that effect as well or 

type "inv" + enter and check their inventory if they have an item which makes them invisible. In case of doubt, this should help:

duplicateallitems <container/NPC refID> Duplicate all items in the targeted container and places them in the given container. Example: Selecting an NPC with the mouse then entering duplicateallitems 89c79 will copy all items in the NPC's inventory and place the duplicates into the container with refID 89c79. You can get the container/NPC's refID by clicking on them and committing the ID to memory before selecting the container/NPC which has the items you want to copy. You can also type in the refID of the container/NPC with the items to be copied before the command with a period in between instead of selecting anything with the mouse. For example, entering a2c94.duplicateallitems 89c79 will copy all items from Lydia's inventory (whose refID is a2c94) and place the duplicates into the container with the refID 89c79.

yup it was HDT alright, the bug fix fixed the issue.
