A Vault-Tec style slave collar, ankle and wrist shackles for male and female.
This is a modders resource, but does have the esp i used for testing included, so you can get it by console (help "Vault-tec collar" 4, help "Vault-tec Wrist" 4, help "Vault-tec Ankle" 4).
Though it probably would be better to wait for it to be hoovered up by CRP http://www.loverslab.com/topic/68208-community-restraints-pack/

 

Any bugs or problems, suggestions, etc feel free to post.

Brilliant work once again, I will download asap and implement it into CRP if that's alright!

Edit: poster above me is right, something went wrong with your folder structure. ArmorAddon doesn't recognize the mesh, reassigning it solves it. I'll fix it for CRP, but you might want to include a fix as well!

 

Edit2: also there is no slot assigned on the actual Armor object. Assigning it 'Neck' should fix the issue with it not showing ingame.

There was a _ that should have been a -, I'll attach a corrected esp to this post, but getting CRP http://www.loverslab.com/topic/68208-community-restraints-pack/ is a better choice, it has them actually integrated in game with other collars so no need to mess around in the console.
