this is for Windows 10 pro 64 bit user.

in short.

 

Disable the 'Touch Keyboard and handwriting panel service' in windows and restart windows.

and now you can play longer than 15 minutes.

I was just getting on to add a post about this, took me several tries at a new driver before I figured out it was same time to crash every time.
