Anybody getting a CTD with this mod?

I don't know how, I tried looking it up in TES5Edit and somehow it doesn't touch the Thieves Guild but whenever I get introduced to Mercer, my game tends to crash at that moment or sometimes before. It will sometimes crash in Riften anywhere as long as Loud and Clear is not finished but I tested things out and it appears I'm only getting these crashes with that mod turned on.

 

I swear I have no mods that touch the Thieves Guild and only mods I have are JK's Riften and Dawn of Riften BUT even without those mods I still crash as long as I'm using this mod so it is safe to say that those 2 mods are out of the question.

Right, forgot about that. Here you go. However I did look through my whole load order in TES5Edit and could not find anything conflicting with any mods that negatively alter Riften of the TG.

I just look at the mod page from Palaces and Castels Enchanced and it looks like there a lot of people having problems with his mods . So i think its just this mod that make you CTD .

Sorry but most mods you uses i dont know and never see before so i cant help you more!

Damn it...same thing has been happening to me after I downloaded that same Palaces and Castles mod...fuck my life.

 

EDIT: Okay so I downloaded skyrim optimization and forgot to install the Skyrim Optimization Patch for Palaces and castles enhanced. Problem solved for me. Maybe might help others in the future lol Stay brutal!
