Breast Deformation

I'm getting this really weird glitch where when my characters breast get too big the nipples start jutting out really far and the breasts look concave on the bottom. Does anyone know what causes this?

Sounds like a skeleton issue. Reinstall XPMSE then schlongs of skyrim and make sure nothing overwrites SOS as it comes with it's own skeleton.
