What other needed mods to use?

I have the sex lab frame work, Zaz Animation pack, Schlongs of Skyrim. but nothing else

I don't know what other mods to use and seriously i'm terrible with modding, been using the Nexus Mod manager for everything really.

So if someone would be so kind as to tell me what mod would be great.
