Dungeon lag??

Hey I have an issue in regards to dungeons in Skyrim. I have serveral mods installed and my game works fine with minimal crashes in the overworld but when it comes to dungeons I get severe FPS drops. I have installed a few mods to help such as a mod that deletes the fog in dungeons. Doing that did not get rid of the lag. Im not sure what I should do.
