If you are in the possession of a purchased Skyrim, then I apologize for my statement.

Edit: these two, of thee used mods, require far more mods.

Requirements
Last versions of these mods are REQUIRED :
SexLab Framework 1.60+
SKYUI
SKSE 1.7.3+
FNIS Do no forget to download and install the creature pack under optional files.

Just to add to what has been already said...

It sounds like you have not run FNIS or have it installed incorrectly.  Make sure you check the Skeleton Arm fix under options.

Check the mod descriptions and make sure you have all the required mods installed.  NOTE:  Required mods may ALSO have required mods.

Check the mod description for incompatible mods.  Do Defeat and Animated Prostitution even work together?  I seem to recall that while Animated Prostitution might be a great mod on it's own, that it does not play well with others.

Are those the ONLY 2 mods you are running?  If not, your issue could be from a host of other reasons.

On a side note... I would like to point out that just because someone has a non-steam version of Skyrim, that does not mean that they pirated it.  Non-steam versions are available, check Amazon.
