Hosiery compilation by JoshQ

These are the same files you can already download on the SimLab forum. This is just an attempt to organize them and also to take advantage of the Downloads section. Future releases will have their own individual posts.

 

Before downloading:

• This CC is offered completely FREE exclusively to LoversLab. If you find it in other places behind a paywall/paid subscription/donation pledge demand your money back.
• You’re free to modify, edit, change attributes and generally do whatever the hell you want, no need to ask for permission.
• Because sims3packs can cause troubles the more you install I only offer packages for download. There are a bunch of early uploads in sims3pack format on the forums, those are unsupported.
• You can merge all the packages in one single file using S3PE
• Everything I do has almost all clothing categories enabled. You can add or remove categories using S3PE or S3OC.
  

 

Description:

 

These are just texture accessories, that means they don’t need morphs or bone assignments. That also makes them compatible with a wide variety of custom nude meshes (like MedBod) and of course the default nude body.

 

The bad news are the textures lack detail and will look pixelated at full zoom, they will stretch the bigger your sim is and depending on the animation/pose, also dark and saturated colors will appear “flat” or just plain ugly.

 

Also there are two “Stockings N09” and two "Stockings N10", yes I screwed the numeration. Fortunately won’t interfere with each other and will show correctly on your game.

• For teen, young adult and adult femsims
• Disabled for random sims
• Enabled for naked, everyday, sleepwear, formalwear, career, outwear and validformaternity

I really like these and have been using them in TS3 but will you consider making these for TS4 too?

These are for The Sims 3

Probably could be ported to Skyrim/Oblivion/Fallout but won't look good because of the low-res textures I used.

 

I really like these and have been using them in TS3 but will you consider making these for TS4 too?

Once I have the game there's a big chance I will port several stuff, probably I will have to start from scratch with the stockings because of how TS4 manages textures (1024x2048? what were you thinking, EA?).

 

For now I'll keep waiting for EAxis to fix bugs via patches and extend gameplay via expansions.

Hehe... I really need to look at what game the mod is for... lol.. its like the 3rd time I have asked about a mod for the wrong game...
