HELP, I killed NMM

I simply accidentally scrolled a file over the NMM Desktop Shortcut, and since cannot add any mods manually, and who knows what else is wrong with it.

a. MO

 

b. Search in the nmm root folder for the name of the file you dragged

 

c. right click undo move, unless you've already done other things, in which case nvm.

Hey 27x. Appreciate the reply. Which exacttly is the NMM root folder. looked through all the folders where mods are located and could not find that file

Think I might of  fucked over that idea, previously searched the file on my pc and tried deleting the copies.
