Workarounds for adult mods (idea/discussion)

So...I know or at least think Lovers Lab is working on a mod for sex scene animations to use in Fallout 4...But I wanted to toss something out that occurred to me.

Has anyone considered this? Using scenes made in Source Filmmaker to play during sex scenes instead of a animation set in-game?

Only if you film every position with every possible character available, I'm not sure if my character changing hair color and style during sex works for me

Not to mention that only PNG sequences can be played during gameplay. Even with bare minimum of models (no pun intended), it would actually require more effort to do. You'd have to rip each model individually, throw them back together so they work in SFM, make a sequence, and then, the video editing hell only begins.

You could probably make a pretty simple sex system right now with anim rugs in settlements (Think Busy settlers), 2 rugs per simple scene. Very good point, and because of that, it would not really work for hard-core styled sex mods. A softcore styled sex mod would probably work awesome with a system like this, using "tricks" like backlight and very short zoomed in suggestive shots. Maybe even somewhat artsy styled and colored, or in sepia or as silhouettes, to cover up lack of custom tattoos and such. Would be a nice alternative to fade-outs.

Anyway, if done, I'd strongly suggest a less photographic and more stylized art for the scenes, to reduce mismatches in character design.

For me basic way of playing animations is all I really want. The above sounds pretty straight forward...there will be timing issues, but like you say as long as the receiver is fairly stationary then there shouldn't be too many issues.
