Weird lines on skin.

I did try searching for this but my googlefu was not strong enough. The problem is I'm getting orange lines on skin. It only happens whenever I go near a light source (only stuff like torches/fires) right along the shadow edges.

 

I wouldn't care but it happens on NPC's as well and it looks awful.

I have CHSBHC providing the skin textures. From what I remember I was getting this with just the basic HD texture pack as well though.

I have recently done a complete reinstall of vista and skyrim and checked this with no mods installed.

 

The weird lines are still there. They are somewhat less noticeable on the default skin. That's because it's fairly grainy and lower res though.

 

I assume everyone gets this then. Has anyone ever figured out a fix for this?

I used to have it, but after trying different body mods, its gone!
