Would it be ok for me to upload Radio Station Mod?

Not if it is pregnant with tons of music that you do not have permission to distribute.  We abide by the same rules as any other game site, like the nexus.  Leaving aside sex or sexual content, a good rule of thumb is if you would not upload it there, don't upload it here.

There are many old music that is licens free. Have at it find some that fits your desires and make a radio station.

The beauty of fallout is time essentially stopped in the 30 or 40s so most old timey music can be used. mix some of the music that is already available in the game and you should have plenty of music to mess with.

There are also music that can be licensed to non commercial uses. Since you aren't selling the mod I would state that that qualifies.

 

 

I had to do a project that i wanted to use music to enhance the project and couldn't use restricted licenses. There are many sources for variuos styles and types of music. You will have to likely convert and do some work on them as the sound might be softer on some and louder on others and such but it can be done if you so desire.

 

Wont have the "famous" music but there can be some real gems that can be obtained that would be unique and interesting and likely fit the fallout world pretty good.
