Uninstall Mod Help (Scripts still lingering in Papyrus)

Does anyone know how to uninstall mods from your game without having the scripts show up in papyrus? I've started a new game, but that dosen't seem to purge everything... I can't even use any custom race anymore after using Estrus, even after uninstalling... because the scripts are still lingering in the background and the game crashes anytime I walk through a load door with a custom race. I even disabled all my mods, but it's still the same thing... I didn't have any problems until I installed Estrus... now I can't remove it from my game. Please help!

Either use a save cleaner to clean your save file or start a new game these are the only 2 options you have. Save cleaner may or may not work. You can find them on the nexus. This is one of the reasons why you shouldn't turn off mods that use scripts mid game as they will still be there in your save file. Only turn them off if you are going to start a new game or hope a save cleaner will be able to fix your save file. But it is usually better just to start a new game.

I started a new game, and deleted my documents folder... I noticed there where some estrus logs in there... I'm still crashing... This really sucks... I feel like I'm either going to have to reinstall skyrim from vanilla or back it up with a saved copy, just because of one mod...
